After reviewing and discussing your request, I will send an estimate only if I can accept the commission. Once we agree on the scope and price, I will provide payment instructions. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
The available payment method may vary depending on the request, region, and amount. Bank transfer fees, payment processing fees, and transfer-related fees for services such as Stripe or PayPal are generally the requester's responsibility.
The final payment amount will be clearly shown when the estimate is provided.

Stripe
Credit card payment may be available. After we agree on the estimate, I may provide a payment link or invoice.
Bank transfer
Available mainly for domestic payments. Any bank transfer fees are the requester's responsibility.
PayPal
May be available for international requesters. Any PayPal-related fees are generally the requester's responsibility.
For a Smooth Commission Process
Before payment, we will confirm the scope, price, estimated timeline, usage terms, and refund conditions on the consultation page. If everything looks good, I will ask you to confirm your agreement before sending payment instructions.
Keeping the discussion on the consultation page helps both sides review the agreed details clearly.
After payment and once production has begun, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted. If I am unable to continue the work for my own reasons, I will handle the case individually depending on the progress.
Unavailable Requests

- Unauthorized reposting or redistribution
- Requests Kojika determines are difficult to accept
Publication and Usage
- Copyright of delivered artwork remains with the artist.
- The client may use the delivered artwork only within the agreed non-commercial scope.
- Commercial use is not allowed, and requests intended for commercial use cannot be accepted.
- Unauthorized publication and redistribution are prohibited.
- Client publication is limited to the scope agreed in advance.
- If the client agrees that the artist may post the finished artwork as paid content on their own supporter sites, the fee may be adjusted.
